I just wanted to say a huge well done to the ladies on Friday, it rained for the whole hour we were out, but they carried on!!! all still smiling at the end :-) xx

Isabella and I have been busy printing and delivering new F-B'S posters today! And i taught Body Attack for the 1st time on my own tonight!! 3 weeks after module training!! Yay!! Very exciting!! :-) xx
